Who we are

What we collect

When you list a cleanroom, we collect your name, company and work email, and the details of your cleanroom: sell or rent out, class, size, country, region, city or address, availability dates, photos and your note.

When you click "I'm interested" on a cleanroom, we collect your name, company, email, phone number if you give it, your message, and which cleanroom you are interested in.

When you send a request for a cleanroom, we collect your name, company, email and what you need: buy or rent, class, size, location, dates and your note.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

What we show publicly

When you list a cleanroom, we show it in the library with only the country, region, class, size, sale or rent, availability and the photos you upload. We never show your name, company, email, exact address or note. Please don't upload photos that show logos, signs or people.

Why we use it

We use your details to show your listing, to handle interest and requests, to find a matching company and to contact you about it. We do this because you ask us to when you send the form, and because we have a legitimate interest in following up. We process technical visit data because of our legitimate interest in running a safe and working website.

Who we share it with

When there is a possible match, we always contact you first. Only after you agree do we share your name, company and contact details with the other company. From then on, that company is responsible for how it uses your details.

We also use a few trusted service providers that store and process data for us: Supabase (database and photo storage, hosted in the EU), Google (spreadsheet), n8n (automation), Microsoft (email) and Vercel (website hosting). Some of them may process data outside the EU. When they do, they use the safeguards required by EU law, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your listing stays online until you delete it or we remove it. When you delete it with your private link, we remove the listing and its photos right away. Other details are kept while your request is open, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. Then we delete them. Technical visit data is kept only for a short time by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can change or delete your listing at any time with the private link you received. You can also ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, to receive a copy of them, or to stop using them. Just email hello@cleanroommatch.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. After you send a request, your email address is kept for a moment in your own browser, only to show it on the thank-you page. It is removed when you close the tab. Your private listing link works like a key, so please don't share it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
