Who we are

What we do

Cleanroom Match is a library of second-hand cleanrooms for sale and for rent. Owners list their cleanroom. Companies looking for one can show their interest or send a request, and we introduce the two sides. We are not a party to any deal. The companies agree the deal, the price and all conditions directly with each other, whether it is a sale, a rental or a take-over on site.

Listing a cleanroom

When you list a cleanroom, you confirm that the details are correct, that you are allowed to sell or rent it out, and that you own the photos or have the right to use them. Your listing goes live right away. You can change or delete it at any time with your private link. We may remove a listing without notice, for example if it is incorrect, unclear, a duplicate or misused.

No guarantees

The information about cleanrooms comes from the companies themselves. We do not check the condition, the classification, certifications or ownership of a cleanroom, and we cannot promise that we will find a match. Before you agree a deal, please visit the cleanroom and do your own checks.

Your information

The information you send us must be correct, and you must be allowed to share it.

Fees

Listing a cleanroom and sending a request are free. If we introduce you to another company and a deal follows, a success fee may apply. We always agree this with you in writing before we make the introduction.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for listings, for deals between companies, or for any damage or loss that results from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute goes to the competent Belgian courts.
